Normally it takes 1-3 working days for handling and packaging. The item then will ship using USPS Commercial ePacket ® (US Only). The estimated delivery time is

13-18 working days to United States region

12-30 working days to worldwide country

Keep in mind that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Shipping delays due to packages held by customs are beyond our control. Not responsible for customs duties, taxes, fees, or delays. Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.

RETURN

All of our product are custom product and we manufacture the case after a buyer order a product. The cooling period is 1 (one) day after purchasing, before the item is shipped. It means that buyer can change the product option or cancel a purchase agreement for full refund during the cooling period. Please note that we can not receive exchange or refund if it is mistake by buyer (eg: wrongly choose case type, material, color or design) after the cooling period.

If you find that the item is broken, defect or faulty when you receive the item, please contact us for return or exchange immediately. Purchased product can be exchanged in an unused shape for within 14 days of delivery.

If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please contact info@xperen.com and don't forget quoting your order reference number. Please always contact us BEFORE shipping your case back to us.

Keep in mind that the displayed photo in website and the printing on the case may not exactly same due to light of photography effect. The cases are made to withstand the light occasional drop, there is no guarantee that your phone is fully protected from hard impact.
