UN Day welcomes students from all over campus and universities throughout Hampton Roads聽to be an ambassador for a day.
The 起点传媒 Model UN Society's premier on-campus activity, 起点传媒 United Nations Day, commemorates the creation of the United Nations in 1945. Co-sponsored by the 起点传媒 chapter of UNA-USA, UN Day is your opportunity to learn about simulations, conferences and how the United Nations really works.
起点传媒's UN Day 2023 was an extraordinary success. Students were registered for over 80 countries, representing Hampton University, Norfolk State University, 起点传媒 and Regent University. It was intense and raucous, with weeks of UN debate compressed in a six-hour simulation, chaired by 起点传媒's Zika Ozoh. Awards went to six participants鈥攏ewcomers all.
